Payment Methods

At Art-Caravan.com, we accept Visa, MasterCard,American Express
*Checks and Postal Money Orders (issued by the US Post Office only) for payment of all purchases.

Paying By *Check or Postal Money Order?

If you are paying by Check or Postal Money Order you can print and mail us your order by following the 4-Easy Steps below:

1. Once your selection is made, choose your state from the drop-down list, edit the quantity (if ordering more than one of the same title), then click "Buy Now." Be sure to verify the accuracy of the item(s) ordered.
   
   
2. On the next page enter your billing information. Here you should print 2 copies of the order.
   
   
3. Mail one copy of the order to us with your check or money order payable to " Phillips & Company" and keep the other copy for your records.
   
   
4. If you would like to browse the site click on any of the navigation buttons you wish. Do Not Click Submit since this will cause the system to try and process any credit card information.

Credit Card Security

Credit card security is of utmost importance to us at Art-Caravan.com During the purchasing process, all transactions are encrypted for added security. Furthermore, we use Address Verification and Card Verification Value (CVV2) Services to reduce the chance of fraud. For your protection, if we feel an order is suspicious, we will contact you either by e-mail or phone to verify the order. Please be assured that this is only a precautionary measure for your protection.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses within the state of California are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Shipments to all other states are exempt from sales tax.

Back Orders & Partial Shipments

If any of the items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the delay. At that time you have the option to receive the partial order, or delay the entire order until all items are available. If you want us to ship the partial order, we will do so. When the "Back Ordered" items become available we will contact you to see if you still want the item(s). If so, we will ship the remainder of the order to you. If you decide to delay the entire order until all items are available, we will contact you when everything is "In Stock" to see if you still want the order shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any of the items on your order are missing or were damaged in shipping please call us at 626.332.8215, or send an e-mail to shipping@art-caravan.com for instructions on what to do next. When contacting us, be sure to include your full name, the date and time you received the order, the condition the package and contents were received in, and the order number listed on your e-mail receipt. Be sure to keep all packaging and contents as the shipping company may require these for claim processing.

Defective Products

If any of the items on your order are defective, please call us at 626.332.8215, or send an e-mail to returns@art-caravan.com for instructions on what to do next. When contacting us, be sure to include your full name, the product name, description and order number located on your e-mail receipt, along with a brief description of what's wrong with the item(s). Before contacting us, please review the "Returns & Refunds" section below. Also, be sure to keep all packaging materials as they will be needed to return the item(s) to us.

Returns, Refunds & Credits

All return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the order, no exceptions please.

Before returning any items, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. To receive a RMA, call us at 626.332.8215, or send an e-mail to returns@art-caravan.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, order date, product name, quantity and description, along with a brief description of why you are returning the item.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with detailed return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and/or packaging to determine if a credit is due. After inspection by us, we will notify you via e-mail of our decision and an appropriate "store credit" will be issued. Store Credits may be applied toward the purchase of any item on our web site. To redeem a store credit, please call us at 626.332.8215 to place your order.

Please be advised that return shipping must be prepaid by you as no COD's will be accepted by our shipping department. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue the appropriate credit less the original shipping charges.
